Tesa Cigars

Flavor Profile: Dark smooth and earthy with hints of coffee and a spicy clove undertone and just a whisper of leather.

It’s surprising to find a nicaraguan cigar with such a smooth and balanced flavor. The Tesa Maduro has a rich noticeably dark smoke and an aroma of licorice and coffee with a hint of spicyness that encourages you to slow down and ponder the pursuit of lifes pure and simple pleaseures.

The Tesa Maduro is smoother and more complex than many of the major brands sold for three times the price. Hand these out at your next poker night and your buddies will all think they are smoking an $8 to $16 cigar. You can revel in Knowing it’s a budget beater made by a 23 year old on the south side of chicago.

Right out of the box these are a strong competitor fo r the alec bradley exotic maduro or the ashton aged maduro. A little age on these sticks should bring a mellowing and deepening of flavors into a smooth creamy finish that would catapult this little cigar into the big leagues of fine tobacco.

This cigar reminds me of a great local band a lot of familliar qualities of the big names but a humble creative way of leavings it’s own mark on a classic. Give it a little more maturity and it may become a classic in it’s own right.
